The company plans to open four new centres in NCR by 2019-end all of which will be based on revenue-share model.

NEW DELHI: Eccosphere, a co-working space provider, plans to invest Rs 11-12 crore in the next six months, according to Gautam Duggal, CEO and co-founder of the company.

“We have invested about Rs 9.75 crore till date,” said Duggal.

The company plans to open four new centres in NCR by 2019-end all of which will be based on revenue-share model.

It recently leased 45,000 sq ft space in Okhla which once operational will have 1200-1300 seats.

The company charges Rs 5,500-13,500 per seat per month.

“We have two product lines: Ecosphere and Ecosphere Lite. The latter is more dense when it comes to seat arrangement,” said Duggal. It plans to open two more product lines in future.

It is also looking to start its own incubator and plans to invest about Rs 1 crore in the start-ups. Duggal however adds that the plan is at a very nascent stage.

Duggal along with Mohtashim Aquil started the company in March 2018. It currently has one operational co-working space spread across 26,000 sq ft in Sector 67, Noida.
